About the Project
A formal user research engagement conducted aboard the USS Slater (DE-766), a preserved WWII destroyer escort docked in Albany, NY. The study applied structured UX research methodologies to evaluate how visitors navigate and engage with the ship's website. Findings were synthesized into a research report identifying friction points in the visitor journey and delivering prioritized recommendations for improving accessibility, wayfinding, and interpretive content presentation.
